Subtle, fruity & bubbly. The perfect drink for two!
Being a Personal Chef gives me the freedom to CREATE.
Working with each client individually, understanding their needs and developing more than just dinner. Giving them a memorable, thoughtful experience.
It is within this collective process of gastronomical ideas that great things unfold. In order for an experience to be remembered, attention to details is key. Lighting, background music, table set-up are all important pieces that must be taken into account. The element of surprise can also enhance the experience.
On a recent private dinner for two, I surprised the couple with a delicious, light cocktail. It is subtle, familiar and very pleasing to the palate.
